Season’s Greetings. I don’t do Christmas but I figured that I better say something for the holidays. Everyone has sent me Christmas letters telling about their past year. It looks like everyone out there is doing fine. I am glad to hear that and for the most part everyone is doing well.
Our year has been filled with broken bones, skinned elbows, and rowdy kids, lost dogs, new dogs, bent trailers, broken trailers, twisted bumpers, leaky motors, crashed transmissions, and lots of trophies!
We got 5 bikes that are in the top 15 at the Drag Strip. I tied for second!!!!!! All in all, we had a really good year.
I’m still poor, but having more fun than I can remember.
The shop consumes all of our time, money, and attention!! It gets better every year. We are looking forward to next year. We want to thank everybody for all their help. We hope that your holidays are safe, happy and fattening. Curling 12 ounces of liquor and 8 pounds of ham, turkey, mashed potatoes, rolls, sweet potato, apple and pumpkin pie – does constitute exercise during the Christmas season - I am told.
The shop will be closed from Christmas day till New Year’s Day. I am going to try to slip in a road trip and/or do some riding. We have been so busy it has been hard to find time during the year to just go out and ride. All the riding we have done so far has been test rides, racing motor cross and less than a quarter mile at a time. Who would have known that running a motorcycle shop would be so time consuming.
Try to exceed all fun perimeters and have a Merry Holiday Season.
